I. Responsible Party for the Protection of Your Personal Data.

El Club de Banqueros de México A.C., (The Club of Bankers) located at 16 de septiembre No. 27, 2nd Floor, Centro Neighborhood, Cuauhtémoc Borough, Zip Code 06000, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, Section XIV of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and Article 47 of its Regulations.

II. Purposes of Personal Data Processing and Types of Data Collected.

The personal data collected through physical forms, electronically including our website and social networks; or by phone, will be used for the initiation, administration, and maintenance of the services we offer to our members, clients, and visitors regarding business, social, and cultural events offered by the Club of Bankers, as stated in this section.

a) General Data

The general personal data collected such as: name, address (personal/work), nationality, phone number (home/office), email, signature, RFC, valid official ID, and occupation, are processed for the following essential purposes:

i. Initiate the provision of services contracted by clients and members;
ii. Register the information in our systems and databases for service provision;
iii. Conduct registration and confirmation of events and contracted services;
iv. Comply with legal provisions applicable to the services provided by the Club of Bankers of Mexico;
v. Handle inquiries, modifications, and service cancellations;
vi. Confirm, verify, correct, and update collected information for our service delivery;
vii. Make reservations;
viii. Provide home delivery services;
ix. Handle corporate billing processes for our services;
x. Apply charges and additional fees as necessary;
xi. Identify you as a potential client;
xii. Draft the service contract;
xiii. Process electronic payments via credit card;
xiv. Create physical and electronic client records;
xv. Manage invoicing processes;
xvi. Issue account statements;
xvii. Handle the credentialing process; and,
xviii. Confirm and correct client information to ensure your right to data protection.

Additionally, we inform you that your information may also be used for the following non-essential purposes:
a) Provide you with information about discounts and/or promotions (commercial prospecting) offered by the Club during the year; and,
b) Share information from other institutions associated with the Club to send you promotions and offer their services.

b) Financial and Asset Data
Financial personal data such as credit card number, security code or PIN, expiration date, that may be collected for the contracting of our services (business, social, and cultural events), as well as information required to comply with the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Illicit Proceeds (LFPIORPI), will be collected through a specific form in which express and informed consent from members and clients will be requested.

III. Personal Data Transfers.

The personal data collected by “The Club of Bankers” may be shared with providers of goods and services that assist us in delivering these services according to the needs of our members, clients, and guests. This transfer is necessary for fulfilling the contracted service and therefore does not require express consent from the data subject, pursuant to Article 37, Section VII of the LFPDPPP.

Except in the aforementioned cases and unless any of the situations outlined in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP apply, the data provided by our members, guests, and visitors will not be transferred under any circumstances.

IV. Use of Images.

“The Club of Bankers” may use, print, reproduce, and publish the image(s) of members, clients, and visitors captured in printed or electronic media (blogs, private social networks like Facebook, website), in all their forms, interpretations, executions, editions, phonograms or videograms, and broadcasts, with the purpose of documenting and communicating information about cultural, business, and social events held at the Club, either by us or through third-party providers hired for such activities.

Secondary Purposes

When the image of any member, client, or visitor is to be used for advertising purposes, this will be notified to the subjects and their express and informed consent will be requested in a specific format, so they can indicate whether they accept the use of their images for such purposes.

V. Means to Limit the Use or Disclosure of Personal Data.

According to Article 16, Section III of the LFPDPPP, any person wishing to limit the use or disclosure of their personal data or no longer wishes to receive communications related to the non-essential purposes outlined in this notice, may do so at any time by sending an email to: datos@clubbanqueros.com.mx requesting to stop being contacted for these purposes.

VI. Revocation of Consent and Exercise of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and
Objection Rights.

In accordance with the LFPDPPP, you may request access, rectification, cancellation (if legally appropriate), or object to the use of your personal data provided, or revoke the consent previously granted. Your request will be addressed by our Privacy Officer Ms. Paola Rossy Marín Olvera, via email at datos@clubbanqueros.com.mx

To exercise your rights or revoke consent, you must follow this procedure:

• a) Send your request to datos@clubbanqueros.com.mx or submit it personally at the address in section I of this notice.
• b) Clearly identify the data you want to access, rectify, cancel, or object to, attaching a copy of an official ID to verify your identity or authority.
• c) Email the request with relevant documents attached.
• d) For rectification requests, specify the changes needed and include supporting documentation.
• e) You’ll receive an acknowledgment with a tracking number. If incomplete, you’ll have 10 business days to correct it or it will be deemed not submitted.
• f) Requests submitted on weekends or holidays are received the next business day.
• g) A response will be issued within 20 business days via email. This may be extended another 20 days if necessary, per Article 97 of the Regulation.
• h) If approved, data access, correction, cancellation, or objection will be processed within 15 days of response, extendable another 15 days per Article 97.

If applicable, and as per Articles 32–35 of the LFPDPPP, your data will be delivered free of charge via the email you provided. If a different delivery method is requested, you will need to cover reasonable costs.

VII. Online Privacy Policy

Information about using the Club of Bankers’ website, https://clubdebanqueros.com, is as follows:
When you visit the site, we log your IP address (typically temporary and assigned by your provider), operating system, and browser. We may also track what pages you visit. This helps us improve your online experience. You remain anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself.

The Club does not require personal data unless necessary and expressly stated. Some forms may request it (e.g., contact forms) to respond to your questions or suggestions. These forms do not ask for sensitive, financial, or asset data—if you provide it voluntarily, we ensure strict confidentiality.

Cookies:

A cookie is a small file sent by the website to your computer, stored on your hard drive. It may simplify your future visits by storing your password or preferences. Cookies do not reveal personal identity unless you provide it. Most cookies expire after a time or can be deleted manually. Social Media

Information voluntarily shared by visitors via Inbox or otherwise on our social networks is subject to those platforms’ terms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp). The Club uses this info only to address your comments or requests, respond, and create usage statistics. If you request information, it will be used to provide personalized service or forward it to our Customer Support Center.

VIII. Where to File Complaints Regarding Improper Data Use

If you believe your data rights have been violated, or your request has been improperly handled, or you suspect a violation of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you may file a complaint with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
